Champion Roofing responded promptly. My particular sun roof was not one that they regularly repaired so they had to find a partner. They did this quickly and the work was completed in a timely manner. The repair withstood the most recent rain storm with no more leaking. I am quite pleased with Champion and will use them whenever I have a roofing issue.
Quick turn around on the job. Completed new roof and oversized gutters in two days. Very nice guys to work with cleaned up property like they were never there. Would recommend and use again.
After reading reviews on Angie's List, we hired Champion Roofing in 2010 to reroof our house and garage. They removed our old roofing and inspected the bare wood to see if it was rotted or damaged. After checking the wood, they prepared the roof and installed premium shingles. Their warranty was impressive--25 year shingles warranty and 5 year labor warranty. I remember the workers being courteous and professional. Therefore when my skylight began leaking earlier this month (11/17) after an unusual deluge of water, I called Champion without hesitation. Tony came and resealed the skylight. Problem fixed!
We were very satisfied with the service and the work that was done. Tony came out for an estimate quickly and explained what would be done. Our calls were always answered promptly. Roofers were on time and left property in good condition. Roof looks great!
I had an issue with a possible leak that I believed might have been from a roof replacement done by Champion a few months ago. After some phone tag I was able to get the issue looked at and the roofer was able to determine it was not from the roof, but was due to an issue with a window. He provided me with what needed to be done (he couldn't at the time due to the current weather. I was happy with the inspection, however I assumed that the call would be under warranty but because the issue was not the roof, I was charged with a service call. I have no issue with having to pay for the service call, but it would have been better if it was explained to me that if the issue was not the roof, that I would be charged. Overall though, I am happy with the service.
